Pumpkin Pie

Modified from http://allrecipes.com/recipe/23439/perfect-pumpkin-pie/

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb roasted pumpkin flesh
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (use fresh!)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 9″ graham cracker crust

Combine all ingredients, pour into pie crust, 425 degrees for 15 min then 350 for 50 min or until center stops jiggling like jello.
